PROGRESSIVE BAD BEAT JACKPOT
The Bad Beat Jackpot will never drop below the minimum of $2,500.00/£1,500. Every morning at 12:00 AM EST, the Jackpot will increase by $150.00/£100.
The player will receive a portion of the jackpot prize pool if the player is playing at a real money table and is beaten by the following scenario:
Qualifying Requirements By Game
1. Texas Holdem: 4 Jacks or better beat (both down cards must be used in winner and loser hands)
2. 7 Card Stud & Omaha Hi and Hi-Lo: Four of a kind Jacks or better beat.
a. At least two down cards must be used in both the winning and losing hand.
No added rake is taken to fund the Bad Beat Jackpot.
The prize pool will be awarded as follows:
For limit tables of $1/$2 and lower: 25% of the total Jackpot will be distributed.
For limit tables of $2/$4: 50% of the total Jackpot will be distributed.
For limit tables of $3/$6: 75% of the total Jackpot will be distributed.
For limit tables of $5/$10 and higher: 100% of the total Jackpot will be distributed.
· 50% will go to the qualifying losing hand.
· 25% will go to the qualifying winning hand.
· 25% will be divided among the remaining active players at the table who were dealt cards when the qualifying hand was dealt.
Qualifying Hands:
· Bad Beats are paid out on real money games only.
· Texas Holdem: 4 Jacks or better beat. Both down cards must be used in winner and loser cards.
· 7 Card Stud & Omaha Hi and Hi-Lo: Four of a kind Jacks or better beat. At least two down cards must be used in both the winning and losing hand.
· The winning and losing hand must go to a showdown.
· 3 or more players must be dealt into the hand.
· 3 Aces on the board does not qualify.
· Players sitting out do not qualify.
· Tournament play does not qualify.
· In the event that two qualifying Jackpot hands are hit at exactly the same time, the lower hand number will be awarded first, and the hand with the higher number will be awarded second on the remaining jackpot or a percentage of $2,500 (whichever is higher).
· The time used will be the time stamped by our servers that appears on every hand history.
· Players must play their hands independently and cannot tell opponents how to act or reveal their hand to other players. Violations will disqualify the hand for the Jackpot.
Notification
Notification by at least one participating player must be received within 2 hours of the hand being played. If a player believes that they participated in a Bad Beat, the player must:
· Email the hand number to customer support for review by the Poker Room Manager.
· Poker Room Manager will review the Bad Beat and direct support staff to put funds into the winning players account within 5 business days.
